For every rule, system, or process, there is an exception. The oddity. The statistical outlier.

It is the fringe user or the odd case. The thing the system was not designed to accommodate.

After you implement a new system, you will invariably run into the exception. These exceptions are your moment to shine.

I often will hesitate to implement a new system because of the exceptions. The minority will keep me from making it better for the majority.
